Corsignano’s farm is composed of 10 apartments and 4 suites. It is located in a typical Tuscany vineyard. All its comfort and warmth reflects the ancient Tuscany traditions. The four country houses which are the farm’s facilities have been refurbished and transformed into beautiful rooms and apartments, whilst leaving the original Tuscany country houses style intact. All facilities have independent entrance and show a beautiful view over Siena and the surrounding vineyards. They have also private car park, a terrace, a garden and a portico where guests can relax.

The farm’s energy power source is mainly solar panels of 15 KW, which produce the most of electric energy of the houses and help save energy and oil (almost 4 TONs every year!) as well as they contribute to lowering carbon dioxide emissions (10 TONs, which equals the amount absorbed by 2 ha. of woodlands!). All crops are organic. There are special offers for groups, weddings and business meetings. There are also special menus for celiac guests and for vegetarians. The owners make and encourage separate waste collection. There are bicycles and Wi-Fi connection at guests’ disposal. Also local product tasting is offered, as well as cooking courses, also for large groups. The owners speak English and French. Pets are welcome.
Around the table
The offered home-made products are: jams, cakes, biscuits, fresh-baked pasta and bread. Breakfast is served with local products, such as: Tuscany’s ham and goat cheese, tomatoes bruschettes, tarts with jams or chocolate, fresh or dried fruits, cantucci biscuits, tea, milk and coffee. Menus are the following:

3-course dinner (appetizer, second course and desert + wine): € 30
3-course dinner (appetizer, first course and desert + wine): € 25
The owners have a wide selection of wines, such as: Fattoria di Corsignano I.G.T. Rosso, Fattoria di Corsignano Chianti Classico 2008 DOCG, Fattoria di Corsignano Chianti Classico Riserva 2006 DOCG, Fattoria di Corsignano I.G.T. Super Tuscan 2007.
Surroundings
Pisa, Lucca and Perugia are ideal for a day-out, as well as the villages of San Gimignano, Volterra, Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano.
Beautiful and interesting are also the castles, monasteries, abbeys and villas which are all over the places.
